Window Laminating Unit in NFM-E1080

  • Optional Window Coating and Infrared Drying: Includes a gluing machine head and IR oven. Once glued, paper passes through the infrared oven for film bonding.
  • Drying Unit: 12 infrared lights with 14.4kW total heating power ensure quick drying.
  • Multi-Use Capability: When window coating is not in use, this unit can function as a water powder removal device.

  • 800mm Drying Roller: Liquid-filled roller with electromagnetic heating for uniform film heating, fast drying, and reduced energy use.
  • Electromagnetic Heating Roller: Features built-in temperature probes for precise heat control and quick temperature adjustment.
